Oh My Doughnuts started at markets around Ottawa and Gatineau: 613Flea, the Christmas Market at Lansdowne, Best Fest and Ottawa Valley Fest. Thousands of people, long lines, no room to be slow.
That is where the whole thing was built. How fast the fryer has to turn over, how to keep a queue talking instead of checking the time, how the smell does more marketing than any sign.
Couples who met us at a market started asking us to their weddings. Then offices asked. The kiosk got tidier, the paperwork got proper, and the doughnuts stayed exactly the same.

The things everyone asks.
As early as you can. Peak wedding season and December holiday parties fill first, and popular Saturdays often go six to twelve months out. If your date is close, ask anyway. Cancellations happen.
Pricing is based on guest count, service length and travel. The ballpark calculator on the homepage gives an indicative range, and a fixed quote follows within 24 hours. No deposit is taken until you have seen the number.
Ottawa and Gatineau, plus Kanata, Orléans, Barrhaven, Nepean, Chelsea and Aylmer. Venues further out in the Ottawa Valley are usually possible with a travel fee.
Both. The kiosk is self-contained and fits a ballroom corner, a driveway, a backyard or a festival field. Outdoors we need level ground and cover if rain is forecast.
A standard service window is two hours, which comfortably covers a late-night bar or a cocktail hour. Longer windows and multi-day festival runs can be added.
Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue, along with health-unit compliance documentation.
Oui. Our team serves in English and French, which matters on the Gatineau and Aylmer side of the river.
Tell us in advance. We share full ingredient information and can set aside options, though everything is made in a shared kitchen environment.
