Crowd lined up at the Oh My Doughnuts festival booth at sunset

Festivals & markets

Where we learnedto move a line.

High-volume service built at markets and festivals across Ottawa and Gatineau.

Check your date

Thousands of people. No room to be slow.

Oh My Doughnuts started at markets around Ottawa and Gatineau: 613Flea, the Christmas Market at Lansdowne, Best Fest and Ottawa Valley Fest.

Long lines teach you things a catering brochure cannot. How fast the fryer has to turn over, how to keep a queue talking instead of checking the time, how to stay clean at hour six.

If you can serve a festival crowd, a 200-person wedding is calm.

I got to try these donuts at a Christmas market and again at a wedding, and honestly they were so good both times. They were super fresh and soft. Even in totally different settings, they tasted just as amazing, which really says a lot.

Festival and market questions

Do you have insurance and vendor documentation?

Yes. Organizers can request our documentation during booking and we will provide what your event requires.

What power and space do you need on site?

Requirements depend on the setup and expected traffic. Share your site plan and we will confirm the footprint and power needs in writing.

Can you handle multi-day events?

Yes. Multi-day festivals and market series are quoted per event so staffing and stock match the schedule.

How quickly can you serve a long line?

The station is staffed for continuous service, which is what keeps a queue moving. We will discuss expected peak volumes with the organizer before the event.

Do you attend private festivals and community days?

Yes. Municipal events, school fairs, corporate family days and neighbourhood festivals all work the same way as public markets.

Add us to your vendor list.

Send the dates, expected attendance and load-in details. We will confirm availability and send paperwork the same week.
